Lisa's weight-neutral approach encourages intuitive eating, body acceptance and breaking up with toxic diet culture. Dr. Lisa Folden is a mom of three, published author and speaker who understands the complex needs of the modern busy woman and mom. Her goal is to see as many people as possible living their best lives without worrying about their weight! When she is not helping patients, speaking at events or writing, you can find her spending time with family and friends.
